First off, let me back up when i replaced my egr valve. I replaced it with a advance auto BWD brand, not motorcraft.
Right after putting it in, my trans wouldnt even go into 1st gear. It would creep slowly no matter how much gas i push down.

Let me say, this wasnt all the time. It would randomly display E on the dash, then give me this creeping effect. I'd say 2 times a week so it wasnt fully destroyed yet.
When i crank the car up i can here a whirr in the front lower part of the car, its a slight buzz that goes on for like 30 seconds or so, and it only does this when the trans errors.

I got to where i figured out how to get it into 1st by gassing it to 20-30mph then brake. I could then hear the trans shift down once or twice, then the E would goto D5 and i could drive the car normally.
As of today its going into E more often, once a day now. If i can get the car trans reset back to D5 before hitting the busy roads i'm good, but driving it around like this is dangerous.

No problems with the trans before until that day i replaced the egr, and right after i installed it and cranked it up the trans was borked. Coincidence, or does the EGR have something to do with the trans??
Also, EGR errors are back, so either i got a junk egr or its all tied together. Before i take it to a shop i wanna at least know how to talk to the mechanics so as to not get screwed or overcharged. I'm thinking solenoid pack of course, but if its the egr i can replace with a motorcraft this week no problem. Then again it could all be an electrical issue, wouldnt surprise me especially with my message display going crazy, beeping, showing weird errors, and not turning off like it should.

heres the error code list. Any help is appreciated.
I didnt think the ls would start having trans issues at 110k miles, i barely drive this car.

Aftermarket EGR valves are known to be a problem on the LS. It seems doubtful that one could cause this much trouble, but you could unplug the electrical connector to the valve and see if a lot of the errors clear up or not.

Seems like you either have a failing PCM or a serious wiring harness issue.

okay thanks joe, i'll try that and replace with motorcraft..
and get someone to check out the electrical, just hoping its something cheaper than having a new trans put in.

there was a point in time when i helped jump start someones car, the dude put the cables on backwards on his car without me looking and im pretty sure ever since then its caused some major electrical issues.

Well, that's some important left out information. You said before that all the problems started when you replaced the EGR. Can't give good advice without the full (real) story.
