I'm not a suspension expert by any means, but I would tend to think if the ride is too bouncy, the shock dampening rate is too light. If your definition of bouncy is the same as mine, Gabriel Ultras should not be bouncy. If anything, I think they're rather stiff. I have Eibach lowering...
