Well it first the pcm relays were corroded causing issues. Fixed that the reverse and auto went out on the transmission. Randomly start working got the other problems popping up. I am done with it. All this with in a few months.

Update. I replaced the filter and it does not slip anymore. The gasket was blown and reverse servo piston seized up a bit. Got it on order so that will be the next thing to attack.
So I tried the adaptive transmission reset and the car actually went in reverse and d4-d5. After a while it went back to losing them and driving in sst mode. I am getting a trans for it. But before that should I clean the value body I know it has to have dirt in it.
The car is not worth keeping with a bad transmission. I dont feel like replacing or rebuilding it. The body is rusted out in some spots too. I guess I will get another dependable car any ideas?
So the reverse band is worn out on the transmission. I have a couple of options. There is transmission from a rusted out 2003 ls for with 127,000 miles for 100 bucks and there is one from a salvage yard for 300 with 145,000. Is it worth one or the other or should I get rid of it.Or just rebuild...
