how hard are they to replace? Any Ideal?

I keep getting oil on on of my coils. I notice quite a bit of oil pooling around one of my sparkplugs It seems to make the coil to start missfiring on that cylinder. any suggestions? thanks

Has anyon ever rebuilt there rack and pinion? I have a leak on the right side. I just keep putting fluid in the resivor and getting tired of all the spots on the driveway. NAPA web site shows replacement seals for the componet.
