Can anyone tell me how to remove the shift knob (wood) from an automatic 2006 LS? Any help is appreciated.- ranracing

Door Hinge Noise
I have a new 2006 LS that I love. However, the door hinges make noise, especially the driver's door, even after being lubed. I have had this problem with other vehicles I have owned, and it seems to go away with time and use. Is this normal for the LS door hinge assembly? If not, I'll...- ranracing
