all parts are brand new and it goes into od at around 30 mph its just over all slow compaired to dads 86 mark vii lsc and our 1989 parts mark vii lsc

hi all the tranny in my 88 mark vii lsc died and i went to the dealer ship for a new one, they put in a 1984 crown vic aod and it seems slower and wont shift like the old one. are the raitios different ???:confused:
