Sorry, can't figure out how to do a search. 2005 LS V8, driver seat only moves back and forth about a third of its range. Don't know if it's the motor, the switch or something bound up in the tracks. Anybody else seen this problem?

I'll take your word for it. The item is discontinued so I'm looking for another source. Aftermarket is universal kit. I'm wondering if someones had good luck with a particular junkyard that I might find a used one. Thanks

2005 Base 3.0V6. Driver's side is failing. I live in WA but it's a California car. Anybody from California know of a new/used source for a Cal CC? Magna Flow makes universal California ones but if there's a junkyard around that would be great. OEM at the dealer are all discontinued.

Oh, checked codes, are for coolant sensor. When sensor fails it fails to the overheating mode, ie pegged gauge. OBD II thinks it's a sensor failure too, but it's not. Thanks

Had an overheating problem. Water pump bad, replaced. Month later car overheats again. Took it to water pump repair shop. "the car's not really overheating it just thinks it is". Sensors replaced. 2 weeks later, happened again, cooling fan starts, gauge pegs, warning light, warning bell, limp...
