I realize I never mentioned the answer to this problem. Replaced the pump. No change. Tried 3 different relays for the pump. Some change as it would work the first time and then after driving once stop working.
This lead me to believe that there was an electrical issue with the cable...
Well, it appears the Gen2 grey blend door actuator arm accessible from the glove box is broken. Yay..
It also appears this part isn't sold anywhere though via some ancient threads I've read it does pop out of the socket to be replaced fairly easily. Who knows
Does anyone know if that part is...
I actually have some parts here in Cincinnati area:
2 Original (not chrome) wheels with slicks (rear)
Black Center console with working cupholder and ashtray enclosure
Original working headlights
(green trim) Rear working center brake light
As I mentioned in Detroit I have black seats front...
Getting the dreaded check air ride message randomly after cold starting the car or while driving.
I swear it comes most often when the weather is colder or the sun isnt out. When the car pumps up it keeps the air (at least in the back) for days without issue.
The car is sensor lowered...

Head over here if you're interested in the parts I'm finally selling off my 98 LSC

Last year I stripped my 98 LSC after an accident.

Make me an offer or post...
Thanks.. This is what I've been pulling on (bottom to top) on the passenger side. Looks like it may be easier to snake my hand from passenger side to move the driver side.
I have the same issue with IMRC being closed. I think it's the driver side? Hard to tell. I've followed the cable to what I *think* is the passenger IMRC lever and it moves just fine though I'm not sure if it's the right part or not.. drivers side I can't reach at all... Difficult to tell...
ABS Sensor is throwing a code.. Looks like it needs to be replaced.
Seems as though these are unique to 98 Mark VIII ... Any ideas on how/where to score one or if there is an acceptable stand-in replacement?
EDIT: Seems I found one! Hopefully it works :)
Followed the advice here... things have leveled out. The crossover cap was pretty full when I checked it though I added a bit just in case. The cap itself displaced a little bit of fluid but it was a tiny amount.
There havent been any more messages and things seem stable based on the resevoir...
Put some fresh cardboard under her overnight. NO leaks at all
Alright I ran her around for about 50 miles. First 3/4 was side streets before I took her on the freeway for the last 1/4
The temp barely moved above center line for the entire time. It would slightly fluctuate between the center...
All done. Learned a lot.
Had no issues with the trans lines or the cross over plug. Will run her around tomorrow some more and take a look at that uphill trick.
If I was going to have an overheating issue.. how many miles in do you think it would appear? It snowed here today so..
EDIT: also...
