I'm going to guess you can sandwich the Mach spoiler between the bumper and the splash shield the way I did it (Gen 1), but A.) I can't guarantee that and B.) the sloped piece at the wheel will probably protrude past the spoiler.

Most likely is. Try opening the hood and look at the plastic piece of the radiator, in front of where the upper radiator hose attaches at the back. Mine was cracked right there and wasn't visible till one day i saw coolant on my front bumper next to passenger head light.
