So I finally made the time to update you on my noise. So I diagnosed it to the right side rear wheel bearing.

I will try jacking the car up on stands & running it. While driving the car it is hard to tell where the noise is coming from. I know the sound is not brakes. I am leaning toward a bearing noise, possibly the wheel/hub bearings. The noise does not change with throttle input only speed.
