Do you think coils ride better with shocks, compared to the air?

have a 2000 towncar exec and thinking about swapping out the air for the coil springs, my question is, would it be best to turn both front and back to coil or just do the problem area, (The rear saggs a bit at times) ?? which kits are the best to get ???

When I start the car the radio display comes on for about 2 seconds then blanks out the cd player also doesnt come on any insight as to what this problem may be ??? thanx

ive taking it to the dealer they have changed the tail lights twice saying its fuse related but it will cost about 500 bucks to look at and repair. i need atleast a few weeks got other bills etc, anyone know of a temp lighting system i could use so i dont get pulled over by the cops im almost...
