what kind of rattle were you getting? I have one in my front end that usually starts around 45-50mph...sounds like its coming out of the dash but i cant really pin down where its coming from. Is this the kind of problem you had?

ahh Yep, ill get some pics of the car as soon as i get a chance...still no luck with the noise that seems to be coming from the dash. Sounds like it really only happens while accelerating over 50mph while im driving. Haven't heard it rattle other than over 50 so still dont know what the prob...

Thanks guys Thanks for the replies, to follow up about the rattle that sounded like it was coming from the dash, I took it to the local Lincoln dealership and they didn't seem to know what was going on, but they did manage to break my dash lights! They are keeping the car for a few days to try...
