Ok, It may be the Actuator or the Blend Door Shaft. How do I get the actuator off to find out? Do I have to rermove the top of the dash and all of the ducting to get to the heater box or is there a less complicated way to do it?

Dealer or Salvage Yard I need to get this one out. Can anyone tell me how it is done?
