"UPDATE" What is this part?? it's leaking and I want to fix it. Power steering line?

Is there one on the front part of the pump? Everything is just so cramped down there so I came to see if the problem was already found before I actually did any inspecting. Mine is on the power steering side, I converted mine to an electric fan, bought my converter from "oddball" a while back.

I know this post is almost a year old BUT I have similar problem. Leaking power steering fluid, tried to check the pressure sensor, only thing is I don't have a pressure sensor in the same place yours was located. Where can this son of a bastard be hiding?

A Guide to Electric Fan Retrofit / Swap

Yes I'm using the Gen 2 fan. I'm really not controlling it, the control wire that controls the speed of the fan is really just floating free, therefore having the fan a full speed. The way I have it set up is much different than the way you have yours set up. I have, well I HAD a 80amp fuse...

A Guide to Electric Fan Retrofit / Swap

Well I've done the retro swap and I'm not liking the results, I'm pretty sure I had to do something wrong, cause I don't see any complains here. My car keeps over heating time from time, I hear a clicking noise from my fuse box (relay #5), wires keeps burning out, therefore having the fan stop...

A Guide to Electric Fan Retrofit / Swap

Now that you say this, it does do that. I just thought it was supposed to do that. So I'm guessing that was a waste of $280. If I remember correct, that's the black wire on the fan that controls the signal of the fan which tells the fan when to start. If so then, I had this problem before I did...

A Guide to Electric Fan Retrofit / Swap

Hey I just got to changing the wires, and they seem pretty stern. But I came across a problem, when I first did this, I didn't have a/c due to me swapping out engines, so I decided to recharge my air (got pretty hot driving around in this Florida heat) and when I did that and drove the car, the...

A Guide to Electric Fan Retrofit / Swap

You seem like you know a lot about the electrical work and a lot about everything, I on the other hand just know power, and no power. The main red wire in the fan I ran a 8ga wire from it to a maxi 80A fuse holder, then ran it to the starter. The black wire got ran by two 8ga wires, and just got...

A Guide to Electric Fan Retrofit / Swap

You seem as if you know a lot about electrical work and other stuff, I on the other hand only know power and no power. I connected the main power source to a 80A fuse holder (Maxi the same one you have in your pic) and ran it to the starter. Connected the ground wire same place you did, left the...
