    New (to me) Continental Owner

    Just purchased a 2000 Continental on January 15, 2014. Only got it tagged today. In changing the oil, we found a label on the AX4N transmission that reads, as follows: "Prior to repair see TSB 99-17". Where can I get a copy of this TSB?
