thanks guys, thats what i needed. now that i have it out i realize what a mess it is to even try to get to the display controls. i'm fairly certain a loose conection is whats up because for a while it would come back on with a lil tap of my fist, but we all know anything that is fixed like that...

it seems the display on my stock radio went by by. how do i get the stupid thing out???...PB

i put 2 12's in my trunk from my mustang w/750watt rms mtx amp all running from my stangs head unit (i got too much time on my hands!) and i could barely hear them. i didn't cut out the rear deck though. we must have a ton of sound deadedning yall...pb

yep. with my luck, no dout mine doesn't qualify either. i guess i'll call the dealership to find out though. thanks for the input guys...pb

i've noticed some clunkin going on under my frontend, at low speed, and going over bumps. think it has anything to do with the ford recall for the ball joints? i learned about the recall here. www.internetautoguide.com thanks...PB
