    I've yet to find a suitable fan replacent locally :( closest ive found is the hayden #3690 which would require 2 i believe (right over 1,000CFM),or a Murray 36886, what you guys think?

    i read somewhere on here that you could just remove the pulley. it looks like its possible from my view. what year taurus fan? im pretty decent with electrical systems, im sure i can find a way to not kill the alternator eventually or upgrade it if needed.

    awesome thanks a ton!, and by eventually, how long is eventually? and remove the whole pump or just take off the pulley and add the new belt? and are there any alternative fan options? i have yet to find one this morning at the wrecking yards... maybe one from a different car?

    Connecting the hoses together doesn't sound bad. So to do that. Id disconnect the hoses from the center of the fan (motor id assume) anf connect them together. What would I need to do that? What type of piece or adapter would I need and where would the hoses sit then? Zip tie to the shroud?
