sorry not 5 amp 15amp in slot 17 in the winter when i dont use my car for awhile and the battery drops to into the 11 volts area if i try to start the car it will crank not not fire up and it can cause that fuse to blow.

FlaOkie is 100% right. check the 5 amp fuse in trunk. happens to me when its freezing in NY and i don't use my car battery drops to 11 = no start

No i bought the VCG at lincoln a few years ago i bought the secondary tensioners last week. since i was going to only change the secondary with a zip tie i didnt need anything else. if you need the tensioners let me know.
