Just wondering if anyone here has removed the read subframe (k frame) from their lincoln LS? How hard was it?

I have removed the 4 bolts from the front passenger seat, i lifted up the seat and unplugged the electrical wiring from one spot, but they are still connected to the seat. I dont want to break the plastic connectors. how do i remove the wires from the seat?
