Well I pulled it out, re did the wiring with the red heat shrink butt connectors and let it play for three hours no issues. Installed it in the dash and no issues. So I guess I screwed up the first wiring. It's been awhile.

Thanks. I'll figure it out tomorrow. Didn't want to replace all the speakers but might as well.

I'm taking it out tomorrow and disconnecting each speaker till I find which one. Just a headache

Yeah I checked them, I used heat shrink butt connectors and was sure to make it very clean.

So Friday I bought an in-dash. Installed it, worked great for a couple hours and started sending a code miswiring DC offset error. Looked it up and apparently I have a blown speaker. Anybody else have this issue? Or recommend speakers/advice?

Just bought a 02LS V8. Love it. It's pretty quick and looks good. Joined here to get tips on sprucing it up. Nothing crazy.
