Well, mine had moisture in it and Ford recommends replacing the hub assembly if you find moisture....it was off for a few days now it comes on a few seconds after driving. I decided to not care and maybe when I feel like wasting more money buy the hub assembly and replace it.

So we got it to quit acting up, the things we noticed were two wheel speed sensors were not on all the way and one had a little moisture in the hub. Blew the moisture out and secured the wheel speed sensors and all is well in the life of Kulow's LS.

Is it possible to pull the fuse for the ABS system to where it just doesnt engage? I tried this but the message center says Fuel Communication Error.

If I recall. Before putting the PIE adapter in my car the speaker test told me NO-CDDJ; as for the software version I'm assuming if I had no CDDJ then there would be no software number. But I can check when I go out to my car to head home from work.
