General Description
Yep, no heat in winter and no A/C in summer the ole blend door broken thingy problem. Got the whole door actuator with arm, reinforced arm per tech tips and replaced broken arm (gray) in photo at other end. Both ends broken on mine.
Worth diagnosing first then going to Ford for parts. Might be only one broken. Actuator and arm assy.@ $47.00 and gray arm on other end @$5.76. Followed instructions exactly and if you're under 6' and 180 lbs. you can probably get to it and replace it from pass. side floor with only one hand!!! Must be very dexterous and patient.
Warning_Frequent pool breaks may be necessary in summer heat! Take your time ...you can do it! One of them things you never want to do again but you know you can do it better and faster if you had to.
