General Description
I am The original owner of this 99 Town Car. This car grew on me. When the original engine approached 250,000 Mi. I decided to keep the car and change the engine out. The body and interior is in excellent shape so I replaced the old engine with the same 4.6 Ltr Engine, but with the following changes: Bored the block only 2 thousands, Balanced and Blueprinted all rotating engine parts including the fly wheel, Installed Mahle Forged Dish Pistons and Rings, Manley H-Beam Alloy Connecting Rods, Sealed Power Main and Rod Bearings, Ford P.I. Heads, Ford P.I. Intake Manafold, Matched Set 24 Lb. Fuel Injectors, Ford Performance Fuel Pump, High Flow Mass Air Sensor, SCT Xcalibrator 2 Performance Chip, and a Vortech (8-10 Lb. Boost) Supercharger, These are the main Items and more minor changes. The car is now a smooth riding rocket. I guess my grand children will eventually end up with this car There already asking to use it.
