If you get that rear axle swap in the 77, keep in mind your engine noise will increase while crusing on the freeways. I know a guy with the towing 3.00:1 traction-lok axle and there is a difference from that and the 2.75:1 my car has. It just gets annoying on the freeway listening to the drone of the engine.

sorry, hit enter on accident.. (clears throat) anyway, not to say that I'd never take it on the interstate, but it's not a daily driver, so I'll pretty much keep it in the city... I would be willing to live with the noise for the boost in acceleration it'd give me... my only fear would be that it'd peel out too easily.
