“Check charging system” 2006 navigator

So I keep getting this message. Took alternator off and had it tested and was fine. Battery also, and is only 9 months old. Took all connections off and cleaned them and still nothing. Keep pulling the same code. Anyone else have any insight on this?

" jThe B1676 code is set when the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) module detects system voltage is less than 9 volts or grater than 19 volts for more than 8 seconds. In other words if the battery voltage is too low or the alternator is not charging properly the B1676 code will set "

The PCM regulates the alternator voltage... Probably through the " F " terminal. Time to get a wiring diagram and figure out where that is at.
