There is an '01 V6 with 160K near me that has a bad tranny, busted taillight, a dent here and there and various scratches. Many good body parts and nice bumpers. Wheels look good, rotors quite rusty. Seller was asking $1500 and after I saw the pictures, I indicated it was to 'rough around the edges' for bringing back to life. Today, he asked what I would give for it even though I indicated in my original email that $300 to tow it away was the best I would do. It would be a good parts car. My guess is he'll be contacting me again soon.

It'd probably be a slow return on the investment. There's nothing I'd want though because it'd be too heavy/large to ship for things I don't actually need.
