01 LS8 fuel filter location

Does anybody know where the fuel filter is located on an 01 LS8? I just changed the fuel pumps and want to change the filter while I'm at it.

inside the driver's wheel well - against the firewall

Same place as all the rest - front driver's side wheel well.

yeah apparently whoever owned my car before me couldnt find it. i changed it at 115k and pulled the oem from the factory one out...

Yea I just did mine. My car only has around 54k but it had never been replaced....you should have seen how bad it was.

The fuel filter is located on the driver’s side about the midpoint of the van inside the frame rail...
