01 navigator. should i buy?

i have been looking at an 01 navigator the is black on tan, 44k on the odo. loaded, minus the stock navigation. interrior is excellent as well as the exterrior. 4wd. seems very nice. the guy wants 12500. does this seem resonable? the wife won't quit hounding me for a gator, and i want my mkVII back from her.
also does anyone know if all navi's came with air ride?
