Those are sick, are you changing the headlights as well? I would go with the 06 and 2nd gen headlights but I already have the entire CDC LSE kit.

Where did you get your '06 LSE bumper? I have damage to my '02 LSE bumper and need a replacement. The 00-02s are almost impossible to find.
Do you know if the '06 LSE bumper will just bolt on to a 2002 LS or does anything need to be modded?

Headlights and headlight mounting panel from what I know otherwise there will be a gap from the headlights to bumper.

yeah, i knew that. thats why I have a set of gen II headlights and a header panel on its way to my place this week.
along with some xlr projectors for a retro. i havent done anything about fog lights yet. I guess I will order them after I get everything to my house because im not sure if i will need the mounting brakets for them.
