Can someone tell me about replacing the radiator in the 02 LS V8 Sport? I have a leak on the Pass side lower bottom corner. Is this common? I found nothing about I when I searched.

1. How long it takes?
2. Do you have to remove the entire front bumper?

Thanks

make sure you don't accidentally unbolt the ac line from the condenser, I don't believe it is necessary on your car. It wasn't on mine 2000 v6...

You do not remove the bumper.
The radiator best comes out and goes in from below. (Not impossible to do it from above.)
I can post the gen I factory procedure tonight.
Here's the gen II procedure, but the gen I hydraulic fan causes some differences. http://deneau.info/ls/s6x~us~en~file=s6x33012.htm~gen~ref.htm

Thanks. I would appreciate it. Would also be good to have here as I searched and could not find it, unless I missed it in my search.

This sums it up pretty well.

According to the manual, on gen I, you do have to discharge the AC system. I'd try it without doing that first.

All done.

I did have to discharge the a/c system to get the radiator out from the top. THANKS!
