This is an email I received this morning from the guys doing my angel eyes, Lightwurks.net.
Yes we can ship them out tomorrow! and this is the first set since no one ever cuts their lights open and seals them right! WE tried to view your post on forum but we can't. And we can't register for some reason? The computer tells us that new registrations can not be accepted! Today i will finish painting it and you will receive final pictures! about the condensation: They are sealed like OEM quality and we applied really thick layer of glue and it was painted as well and inspected and water tested!
We inspect the lances, then we make sure the places we cut it won't be noticeable from the inside and the reflectors and wiring won't get damaged. After we install angel eyes glue everything back check wiring clean the surface, sand the edges of the lance and the housings for the best fitment. After that we clean all parts from dust and carefully we start to seal them back. For the lance we apply special compound against condensation and wax (this is specially for the customers who live in NY and other places were temperature changes allot and sometimes it gives you condensation on the regular bases) but we do our best to prevent that from happening. After the lights are sealed back primered and painted. Then painting process: we test the lights against condensation and inspect them one more time and they are ready to be shipped back to the customers in protective bubble wrap with a conformation or the Tracking #.
