I have the 03 LS Premium Sport with the upgraded sound with the 12 (ish) speakers without the navigation. Has anyone tried to upgrade the small speakers by your inside knee on the tranny hump? I picked up a set of the 3.5" inifinty speakers and was getting ready to install them when I realized that the ones in the factory location are only about 2 inches. I didn't really get into it too much as I was short of time but am looking for suggestions. Thanks

take a pic of the hole without the speaker in it.. maybe it will help me come up w/something....i was thinking measure the magnet on the 3.5" speakers and measure the opening... then cut away to make it fit, but it might not be possible if you want to put the covers back on or whatnot... who knows... lets see how much room you have to work with... :GotPics:

I got the right tools Torx T5 head to remove my console speakers on my 2003 ls and found out that they are not the 3.5 inch speakers that i purchased but are a 2" tweeter. Two things (1) Any one interested in purchasing the 3.5" Infiniti tweeters of mine? (2) anyone have any recommendations of 2" Tweeters?
