'03 LS8 intake removal

How long does it typically take to pull the intake on a second generation 3.9 v8? I think I have a vacuum leak and have bought the o-rings off ebay to seal the lower to upper.

Thank you. Doesn't look bad at all. Any experience separating the lower and upper to change the o-rings?
