I have an 04 white pearl LS bumper that will be coming off within a week. Plate holder is NOT on the bumper anymore. Bought an LSE bumper.
It's in fair condition. Will throw in new 6000 HID bulbs if wanted, don't need them anymore, PM me an offer and its yours. Prefer to sell locally since shipping this is a pain. Located in central NJ.
