04 Lincoln ls v8 just blows heat ,already replaced dccv didn't fix it

Did you check fuse 1 (10A) in the fuse box under the hood? Sometimes a bad DCCV will blow that fuse.
How about doing the front panel diagnostic self-test?

also, if it comes down to it, get a dye test done on the ac system. my ac manifold
line had a leak in it. had a new dccv, and other bits, but that was the ultimate
culprit.
