On my climate control I have functioning heat, but the AC blows like outside air, it's not hot, just normal cabin air. Gauge on lp port shows full charge and the AC clutch engages. I have replaced the DCCV within the last two years with an oem unit. Have not done the self diagnostic test, but will tomorrow. Just thought it odd that when I searched everyone's AC was blowing hot air, unlike mine.

You are certain that the clutch engages and stays engaged?
You'll need to check the high and low side pressures while it is on. (Don't use one of those refill bottles with a gauge - there is no such reading as "full charge.")
Report the pressures and the outside temperature.

Code 1265 on DATC self test. I found the floor door actuator motor on the left side, but I don't see the cold air bypass on the left side as described in the 04 shop manual. Pictures suck to say the least. Where is the location of the cold air actuator motor?

... Where is the location of the cold air actuator motor?

There isn't one. They eliminated the cold air bypass on the gen IIs. The diagnostic code is a false one.
B1265 1265 Cold Air Bypass Door Actuator Circuit Failure Invalid code. Vehicle not equipped with cold air bypass door actuator. Ignore this code and continue diagnostics.

Amazing. In volume 2 of my 04 shop manual, it lists instructions and pictures for removal and install and pinpoint test "C" for diagnostics for the cold air actuator door. Volume must have been printed on April 1st for do-it-yourselfers.

This is quite odd..... Joe is quoting the '06 manual and Alldata surely shows what Nick found for the '04, V6 & V8......

I have the 04 manual too. It's wrong. They finally corrected it by the 06 manual. I can verify that my 04 does not have a cold air bypass door and does give the false code. If you don't believe me, that's okay. Check for yourself. Pull out the DATC, and look at the connectors. Locate the pins for the cold air bypass door actuator. Now look at the wiring harness. You will notice that those pins and wires are completely missing from the wiring harness.
