05 Lincoln LS8 catalytic issue p0420

05 LS8 sport. 47k miles. I bought it at auction it was a repo. The people who wernt making their payments locked it up in a storage unit for a year + before it was recovered. It looks new so I bid and ended up with it for 8200. I had an LS before and when I got the keys I noticed a misfire and a CEL. It had a bad coil on bank 2 I went ahead and replaced all the coils and plugs. Week or so later I got a p0420 bad cat code I don't kno how long they ran it with a bad cop so I need a new cat. I'd like direct fit, I'm going to replace both, need suggestions would like to replace with something that has some preformance benefits. Mag direct fit? Please reply

That being said flowmaster direct fit cats have been used by some here as well as a few others.
