So i replaced my heater /water valve and charged my ac ..now i notice driver side cool and passnger side warm when ac on ...i have full 90degree heat out vents when heat is set on both sides driver and passenger ... b2798 is still present but i never reset that dtc after replacing valve... i began to pinch off 3 heater hoses from valve to heater core and then notcied blowing colder from driver side and passenger side felt some degrees cooler ... what is that a sign of a new bad dccv?

i know i have battery voltage from my connector middle pin red/orange wire to the dccv ... if i put the hoses from the heater core to the dccv in the wrong ports of the dccv would that actaully cause an issue as well ?

You also need to follow the tests to verify that you have a good connections between each valve and the DATC.

Yes, having the hoses mixed up will cause problems because it will confuse the DATC and cause it to open the wrong valve.

ok thanks that will be my next step because im using all data and the pin point tests u shown me are more accurate then all datas
