LOL Was hoping for 11.48 but not to bad. I was blowing thru the converter on every run big time. That's huge right there. Also hitting the rev limiter on the top end. I smoked the GTO and the Mustang. They where trying for 11's all night, they did not get it. I ran 5 N/A passes and said F it. Changed plugs @ 8:45 pulled 4 degrees and thru in bottle. 11.8 then 11.7 then 11.6. Best 60ft was 1.622 so I could pick up alittle there. Will post vid when I get it.

Got in truck to load everything up and noticed my GEM module was messed up to , so no wipers , power windows and int lights. Get home from race pull in driveway and truck blows a PS line. Just goes to show "Pimpin ain't easy".

Doing this from my phone, so I don't know if it'll work...

Are these runs with interior pulled and staged with back tires again orr....KIDDING :D ..but on a serious note did you remove back seat and pass seat for these runs? Or is it back to "stock" weight? Badass eitherway!

Its a drag car, what do you think? If i don't NEED it I don't want it. LOL

Damn, man, that's fast. I don't care what you're blowing into the airways, anything in the 11's is motoring. Congratulations. Keep it up and you'll need a full cage soon. Isn't it mandatory at 10?

Depends how strict the tracks tech inspector is..I thought 11.99 and faster required a rollbar, and a convertible is supposed to have a cage. But that's extra weight so if you can get away without it..

The reason I wanted to run a 11.48 is to get "kicked" out. You need ROLLBAR at 11.49. Track is NHRA and strict on rules.

Was that blowing in reference to my "blowing thru the converter"? If so i'm blowing thru the converter which is a bad thing (not putting power down) not same a blowing into airways. I.E. I need a tighter converter,i'm losing ET big time.

I was there and got to see the three nitrous passes. Red Dragon sounds mean going down the track and seeing the crowd with there jaws dropped is priceless. Frank I know you will get the converter problem solved and run the number where you will be ask nicely to slow down or shut it down lol. Thanks again for the trim piece for my mark.

Let me ask... What exactly do you have for go fast parts? Welds with DRs, long tubes and exhaust, stall, NOS, weight reduction, and gears?

That's awesome...

Welds with slicks. I don't go to the track to spin. Thinking on looking for another size tire also.

The more I read this the more impressed I am. You're getting 3800# to go 1/4 mile from dead stop in 11 seconds and change. I don't care if it only has the driver's seat and a two gallon tank. I'm with Spool - I would have loved to see the look on the crowd's face when you went 4 seconds faster than they expected.
