I know it's not really a Deville and has it's own set of fans, Still at heart, a Cadillac, usurping Eldorado as the flagship in the late 80s. My question I was waiting to pose in my first thread here is, since the engine is transverse, and as Cadillac's 'tuned port' engine, What are the odds this powerplant can be shoehorned into a Deville for the 'sleeper' performance that car needs. 155HP is ok, but by todays standards, is very lackluster
The Allante of 1990-92 upped the 4.5 V8 to 200 odd horsepower, a better number to be sure.
