Hi,

I just picked up a 1985 Lincoln Continental Valentino with 52K miles on it. Its in very good original condition.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where the hose goes to from the passenger side valve, on the 1985 302 EFI? Its towards the back of the engine on the valve cover. I think it comes from the PCV valve and goes to the air cleaner but my hose which is "S" shaped does not seem to reach. Do I need a plastic extender to reach? Does it go somewhere else? Is that the PCV valve or something else? If not PVC valve, what is it and where is the PCV valve?

Any PICs of that area would be great. Or any service manual pics would also help.

Speaking of servic manual or there any good ones I should buy? Does anyone have anything on CD or computer?

Also could I use Platinum Sparks plugs (they are on sale)? Autolites AP26 or should I just use copper. If just copper what is the Autolite #?

Thanks,

Rob

hey, usually we can find hose coming out of the peak side of the radiator to the engine....
