Can you hear the motor running at all? If not, check and see that you have power at the connector for the motor itself. If you have power there and the motor still doesn't run, its probably shot. To get the window up, try tapping the motor lightly with a hammer or something similar. It might just get it going long enough to run the window up, but you're still probably looking at replacing the window motor.
If no power at the connector with the switch pressed, the switch is shot. Replace it.
If the motor runs but the window doesn't move, you probably need to replace the nylon rollers in the gear mechanism. Pull the motor by drilling the three indents in the door panel. Once the motor is out, remove the single screw holding the metal plate over the gear and pull the gear out. Pull out the other gear inside and clean the old grease and the remains of the old rollers out. Re-grease with lithium grease and install new rollers. I got mine from Advance Auto in the Help section for about $4 per set of 3.
