Oh, so someone put a decent engine in a Mustang. About time. Amusing they used a Powerglide though. Badass on the track, but not exactly what I'd want in a highway cruiser.
AWESOME. My friend Kevin has a street legeal 7 second 632 cu in 93 LX Notchback Mustang. It says on the back window "Chevrolet Power, Ford's better idea"
I once saw an old beater ford escort with the blue oval ripped off and the bowtie put in it's place... no other mods as far as I could tell. Just some guy with a beater car and a sense of humor.
As far as the car in question... I don't know. It just seems wrong. Even if this mating of Ford and Chevy is better than just straight ford or just straight chevy, it just seems wrong.
I notice Chevy guys think it's cool, yet if the shoe were on the other foot they'd scream and bitch. There is a guys somewhere who has a 67' Camaro with a twin turbo 5.0 (347 stroker) in it.
