I have a 92 continental, just did the intake gasket, I topped up the coolant bottle a few times and when I come out in a couple of hours,the coolant is no longer in the bottle and its bone dry? I've done this several times and the coolant just seems to disappear, rad is full, I squeeze the main hose into the engine it's got in there.....no leaks on the ground or nothing. Car runs mint no smoking or anything.....any help would be greatly appreciated.

its hard to get all the air out of the system on these things.... it might just be you got the last of the air out.
also, they (3.8's) are known for eating head gaskets... could be that too. if its a bad enough leak, you would see steam in exhaust, but not always.
