1992 Continental and 1992 Taurus struts

I'd like to convert my 1992 Conti with the front coil suspension. Someone told me that the 1992 Taurus will bolt right in. Anybody have experience in this? I need to get my ride taken care of without breaking my bank.

I know that the parts or very similar. Just try and ask a service tech at ford. But, when I look for parts on my conti they are match ups to the Taurus such as struts, sway bars , wheel hub assembly etc.

I just researched for sure and they do not match up. The front struts are different from Taurus to Conti for 92.
