I just acquired a 94 Cadillac. It has been sitting in a garage for 8 years. It has fuel in it. Do I need to drain the fuel out or is there an additive that I can add to it? It does have a plastic gas tank. I really need some help on this. I really don't know how much fuel it has and I don't want to have to drop the fuel tank. But, will do what I have to do.
