In my 1995 Concours the blower fan continues to run with the key OFF. Also I am unable to change fan speed--always runs on high. Please anyone know why? Does anyone know where blower relay goes? Engine compartment where or under dash, or trunk or under rear seat. I have searched for a week. Cant find it. Thanks
