So didnt pay any attention to what my title said until i went to get it titled yesterday and i noticed that it reads, 1996 Lincoln Mark VIII/LSC/Diamond anniversary, does that mean mine is a diamond anniversary? i researched it and found that they the diamond ones have diamond anniversary etched into the rear side glass and mine does not. just wondering if someone could shine some light on this. thanks in advance. im guessing that the system just labeled all the possible models together.

Very doubtful that you have a Diamond A but another thing is if you don't have two toned seats and your car is not silver or the burgundy looking color, then it's not. Some states do label them all as DA's and some states list them all as LSC's because they are all (Luxury Sport Coupes) but we all here know the difference between the two. That's why some sellers list Mark VIII's as DA's because that's what they are reading and the same goes for the LSC's. Just depends on how the state prints it out on the title.

Nebraska must just brand them all that way on the title as mine has black interior and is pearl white, oh well i thought i might have had something really special there for a bit.

It prolly is special. Don't really see too many of the opal opalescence with black interior. There were a couple for sale some months ago. Both in kansas city.

My first mark was opal with the black interior. Loved that car, wish I never got traded it in. Good luck and have fun.
