We were changing the spark plugs in my brother's car and on some of the plug holes there was oil in them. So it obviously needs new seals in the tubes. Is there a way to pull the tubes out like sleeves or do we have to pull the valve covers???

Have to take the covers off. Passenger side is pretty simple, drivers side is a pita.

Fwiw, when I changed my plugs 3-4 cyl's had oil in them (more than just a couple drops). Not an alarming amount but oil nonetheless. Switched to a high mileage oil and very little if any is currently present.
