1999 Conti service inspection need help with part #'s

I want to do this month a small service inspection of my 99 Conti and if any of you guys can help me with some part numbers for these parts please dont hesitate to help me

i need the part # for:

air filter
oil filter
fuel filter

i will also change the engine oil too, i can find this here in Romania.

if i need any other parts beside the 3 filters please name them here with the part #'s included.

also, can someone tell me what kind of bulbs should i use in my headlamps ? H4 , H7 ? 9007 ? i couldnt find this info in my manual
